Hello Cups

Meet the world's most comfortable menstrual cup.

The Hello Cup is a complete game changer when it comes to your period.

The Hello Cup comes in two sizes – S/M and L. We also have a Hello Cup TEEN for our younger fan(nies).

Working out what size you are can be tricky – we are all so different! The Hello Cup TEEN is slightly smaller and softer than the S/M. It is designed specifically for younger users. Our most popular size is the S/M. As a rule of thumb we recommend the S/M for women who are under 35 who haven’t given birth. Fit women often find the S/M is best for them regardless of age and whether they’ve had children.  The L is a good choice if you have given birth, are over 35 years old. Sometimes it’s a case of trial and error. For example, if your S/M Hello Cup is opening but you get leakage, you might need to go up a size. On the other hand if you find your L won’t open – you might need to go down a size. If you are unsure of size, we recommend getting a double box to help take the guess work out of things. Our ‘pick ‘n’ mix’ option allows you to  purchase a Hello Cup box with any two cups in it for $69. Many women find they can wear both sizes so opt for the smaller sized Hello Cup on light days and the larger one on heavy days.

The diameter of the TEEN is 38mm and the overall length including the toggle is 57mm. It holds 17.5ml (to the holes).

The diameter of the S/M is 41mm and the overall length, including the toggle, is 59mm. It holds 21mls (to the holes).

The diameter of the L is 45mm and the overall length, including the toggle, is 64mm. It holds 28ml (to the holes).

Why the Hello Cup is your new bestie

The Hello Cup is proudly made and designed in New Zealand using top notch German medical grade thermoplastic elastomer, a type of plastic commonly referred to as TPE.

We chose TPE for Hello Cups because it makes our menstrual cups fully recyclable at the end of their life, it’s comfortable, soft to the touch and hypoallergenic – making it perfect for anyone with silicone sensitivities.

Hello Cups contain no rubber, latex, PBAs, heavy metals or other nasties. Colours used are certified food grade and comply with EU and FDA standards.

If you look after your Hello Cup it will last you at least 5 years. Pretty amazing, eh?

We feel strongly that, when it comes to your vjayjay, you only want to put trustworthy stuff up there (sound advice from our grandmothers). Not all cups are equal. The Hello Cup is in a league of its own and is FDA registered.

We get it, you’ve been using tampons for years without problems so why should you change?

Here are some reason why we’re not fans of tampons or sanitary pads:
*they don’t hold as much as a Hello Cup
*they’re expensive
*they’re single use
*they’re bad for the environment (some pads and tampons take up to 500 years to breakdown)
*most are chemically treated
*they need to be changed regularly
*tampon strings stink if you wee on them – meaning you really need to change them each time you go to the loo
*pads lose their stick meaning your *fancy undies won’t stay fancy for long
We think you should say ‘hello’ to a Hello Cup because:
*they’re reusable
*they don’t smell
*one cup will last you several years
*they can hold three times more than tampons
*they’re ideal for women of all ages, including teenagers
*they’re ideal for athletes
*they are proudly made in New Zealand
*designed by women
*they’re comfortable
*they are easy to use
*you never get ‘caught short’
*they don’t dry out your vjayjay like tampons do
